Company Overview
Kafeji Coffee is produced by PT Kemah Tabor Malanuza (KTM), a coffee company based in the highlands of Bajawa, Flores, Indonesia. Our company was founded with the goal of improving the livelihoods of local farmers while developing high-quality Arabica coffee for domestic and international markets.
Operating on approximately 50 hectares of coffee plantations, KTM focuses on consistent quality, careful post-harvest processing, and building long-term relationships with buyers and partners. As a growing producer, we are committed to responsible farming, traceable sourcing, and continuous improvement in our cultivation and production practices.

Cherries are hand-picked and processed using both wet and dry methods to ensure flavor consistency. Our post-harvest facilities include pulping machines and drying stations, allowing us to control the quality of each batch.
